• Property data: addresses, units, leases, tenant contact info you add.
• Messages: SMS and email exchanged through the platform.
• Uploaded files: inspection photos, lease PDFs.
• Billing info: handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

SMS & phone numbers

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS messaging and SMS opt-in consent data are used exclusively to deliver the messaging service described in our SMS Terms. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
