Program description

Landlord AI provides a two-way SMS messaging service that allows landlords (account holders) to communicate with their tenants directly from the Landlord AI platform. Messages may include maintenance updates, rent reminders, inspection notifications, appointment confirmations, lease-related communication, and replies to tenant inquiries.

How users opt in

Tenants and landlords opt in to receive SMS messages in one or more of the following ways:

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity, maintenance events, and tenant interactions. Typical volume is 1–10 messages per week per user.

Fees & carrier disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply. Landlord AI does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Landlord AI and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from Landlord AI.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and message contents are used only to deliver the messaging service described above. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Supported carriers

Supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and most regional carriers.
